Ngoc Lan Thoi Bao (New Orleans Times) is a bi-weekly Vietnamese newspaper that has been in circulation in the New Orleans metropolitan area for over 20 years. While it is currently in Vietnamese, Ngoc Lan will soon be a bilingual publication to reach out to younger Vietnamese-American population.
